Cute story.

Question though. Well, questions anyway. First, did you intend this to be a community thread for people to post short stories into? Or was this the title of your story?

On a similar note, I am new to this site and am wondering what the general consensus around here for what constitutes a "short" story?

Thanks for the encouragement. I am realizing that my own writing style can be somewhat verbose.

I storyboarded out an entry for the Summer Slam tournament, and was barely clearing my throat when I hit the word limit. I truncated a few details so all of the necessary elements would be presented without going over the limit. Hopefully, if my story makes it to round 2 the person who pick it up will see where I was going with everything.
