Well think about for a minute. It flows from one event to another alright. But the style

>My name is Ellie Martin, and I'm ten years old. Today was just like any other day, or so I thought. My mother had left early in the morning, her eyes filled with the weight of responsibilities that only she seemed to understand

Problem number 1: a 10 year old doesnt talk like this. Its also slop fluff that immediately gives away that it was made by AI

>left in charge of brother but hes not home hes at the hospital

Thats not "left in charge" so much "asked to visit him at the hospital". Then just teleports there

>smile that didn't quite reach her eyes

Classic slop phrase. I'm guessing this was made with chatGPT

>ministrations

another classic slop word

Everything at the hospital makes sense and carries logically. A human could have written it and I can see why someone would like it. But idk, chatGPT/Claud are very boring writers. Custom models or deepseek/gemini can make something a bit more personality. Even if the smaller local models are dumb.
