For some reason I got locked out of my last account, which was named "Imagination".
Not sure how to rectify this so I've just made a new account.
There's no way to link my old account to this one is there?
Also I'm open to feedback for "Imagination"'s stories and would love to take any requests.

Their reasoning for not helping users with technical issues is... they just don't want to.
