Looking for a particular TV scene

Hello, I'm looking for help in finding a scene that has stuck with me for literally around 10 years that I have never been able to find again.

The scene takes place in a Spanish-language TV show. Two boys, either late elementary or early middle school age, are attracted to the same girl. One of the boys, possibly a bit overweight, pulls down the other boy's pants in front of their crush at school in the hallway. The pantsed boy is frozen with humiliation. A mean female teacher sees this but, instead of helping the pantsed boy, threatens to pull his underwear down as well. The boy then quickly pulls up his pants. A man, possibly another teacher, reprimands the female teacher.

If this description rings any bells, please let me know. I think I stumbled on this scene in a playlist with other similar scenes, but I never learned the name of the show. It might have started with a "C." Any help in tracking this down would be appreciated.
