For the first scene I could live with it if the boy just had his boxers when he got in the tub, but full on shorts is ridiculous. And she's wearing a boring sports bra that suggests nothing to boot. Which is interesting because in one of the later scenes she's swimming with her nipples quite visible in the top she has on then.

I think you're selling the third scene a little short though. It looks like she's wearing a hoodie and panties and she asks the boy to open her bedroom door so a passer-by could observe and then humps her pillow making pleasured faces while he watches. IMO unless I'm missing something that's not a simulation, it's actual masturbation. Yes, more skin would be nice and I think the boy really ought to have a bigger reaction to realizing he's witnessing a sexual act. But the toying with taboos we see is way more erotic than I expected from your summary.

The last scene is weird. All of that lingering teeth brushing teases the possibility of something else oral happening later but that never materializes. They dim the lights (why?) and when she takes him to second base he doesn't seem super excited about it.
