After the surgery, my aunt had a brilliant idea so he wouldn’t have to be completely naked from the waist down: she cut holes in the front of his loose boxers lol and made him walk around in front of us like that.
Recently I performed a scan on a 17-year-old patient complaining of soreness in his right testicle. Now, I'm not the doctor, just the radiologist, but I suspected a case of testicular torsion. Turned out to be true and they just barely managed to save the testicle which blood flow was partially cut from.

Patient was advised to wear a type of jock strap supporter for a week. They would not have made the boy go around exposed.

I strongly believe the doctors didn’t make him go naked from the waist down. I have no idea what they suggested—it was all her idea with the nudity and the holes.

Treated younger than your age and having to follow same rules as younger cousins / kids is one of my favourite themes in humiliation stories!

Do you happen to know if your cousins ‘graduated’ to boxers before you? Just curious.
My 3 years younger cousin did, while I was still wearing briefs at 15. I remember feeling really jealous and a little embarrassed about it. Felt like he was ‘growing up’ before me

How did you find out about your younger cousin switched to boxsers

Peeked in his undies drawer when visiting for Christmas. Just was curious. ;)

He still had some briefs in there, but as I say, I was annoyed and a little embarrassed to find that, at just twelve, he had started wearing boxers before me!
Funny how such things seemed so important when we were teenagers, lol.
I've also now switched back to briefs.

For me it was mostly changing and whatever. Underwear, penis size, rules, and almost anything played a major role in social status and others perception. As stupid as it was it was a big deal for the kids of the 90s and calling people out on stuff was a common thing.

Did you happen to notice if he was wearing pants or boxers?

If you don't mind me asking how come you switched back to briefs?

I didn't happen to notice what he was wearing on that occasion, but I did another time a few months later when I was over at his house after school. He didn't change out of his school clothes right away, just took his blazer and tie off and we went out into the garden. I noticed his school trousers were a little on the tight side and a few times I spotted pretty clear briefs / pants lines showing through. At some point we decided to climb a tree at the end of the garden. He went first, and as I watched him clamber up, his shirt rode up and trousers slipped down a little, and I got a clear view of the waistband of his blue pants showing. Obviously briefs from the narrow, crinkly waistband -- you know the kind I mean. He would have been about thirteen then, so at least he also wore them into his teen years like me.

I Actually switched back to briefs when I met my first boyfriend. I've always liked them (and how guys look in them!) but had stuck with boxers all the years as a sort of left over peer pressure from school I never quite got over. When I got together with my boyfriend, who wore them (and looked amazing in them!), there was no need to feel that weird pressure to wear boxers anymore. I switched back and have loved them ever since. I'd forgotten how comfy they are!

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean with the waistband.
I never really stopped wearing briefs. When I did try boxers, I just found them really uncomfortable and annoying—the shorts riding up all the time, or my penis slipping down the leg holes 😂. I do still own a handful of boxer shorts, but I don’t often wear them.
That’s really cool that your boyfriend already wore briefs.
Do you wear briefs with the little waistband, or the ones that have more of a larger boxer-shorts-style waistband?
My girlfriend already knew I wore briefs, the kind with the little waistband, so I never really had the issue of being worried about what a partner might think of my underwear.
