As a kid I saw a ton of things at the giant outdoor swimming pool in my city (sharking was a trend, among other things), but the only beach-type thing I ever saw was seeing an attractive adult woman in her late 20s that my family knew while she was sunbathing topless when I was 9ish.

When I was 16 & on the school track team I got invited to a pool party in a teammate's backyard. Had on the usual board shorts type of swimsuit with a drawstring. Their pool featured a diving board. If I loosened the drawstring just a little bit, and then did a forward dive into the pool, my swimsuit tended to go down to my knees as I hit the water. I would quickly pull it back up before surfacing. As the afternoon wore on, I got bolder and started doing running dives off the board which caused the swimsuit to fall down below my knees. Then I would surface before pulling it up.

My second oldest sister managed to lose both halves of her bikini once. The water wasn't even that rough so I don't even know how it happened. There was this one time, I was around 13 years old. My school went for a field trip to a water park. (Only boys, obviously, the girls went to a different one)

The thing was, I didn't have proper swimming attire, and cotton wasn't allowed in water parks for some reason. I did know about that, but I tried to hide it. So what I wore was a random polyester shirt and shorts, they were very loose, like 4 sizes too big, but they got the job done. I was changing into it, It was an open area, everyone just changed there itself, I stripped down to my underwear and tried to quickly wear my shorts, but then a lifeguard guy saw me, and he told that I either had to not wear underwear or buy new ones from the park store. I chose to remove my underwear.

I hid while doing it so no one saw me. Infront of me was a huge table and behind me was a bush and to my sides it was completely open but no one was there so unless someone ran to the other side of the clearing to look at my bottom, or if someone were to be behind the bush, they wouldn't notice, I removed my undervest and boxers and quickly wore the shirt and shorts. It fit somewhat well, so i didn't really bother to be more careful.

Later, there were a lot of things to do there, one of them was a surfing simulator, I always wanted to go surfing but i couldn't due to reasons, so I got in line and when it was my turn, i fumbled spectacularly. I fell against the wave current and my shorts said bye bye, i tried to hold on to it but it didn't work, it left my body and into wherever the waves went and I tried to turn to prevent it but that only made my shirt start to lift up but thankfully, that never left.

The operator saw it and immediately lifted me back up and went to retrieve my clothes, it took a hot 3 minutes, so i had to stay there bottomless, but my very big shirt covered me up well enough. A few of my classmates saw me but they all thankfully thought i was in my underwear.

Maybe 9 people saw me exposed, the people who were in line, and the operator and a girl much younger than me who was watching.

To eat lunch, we were told to strip our outer clothes and wear our eating clothes so that it would be easier, I obviously couldn't, i discreetly told my teacher that i couldnt and he let me stay like that but after i got off the water and started drying a bit, it became really obvious. my shorts which were long, stuck to my legs and it was very clear what was hiding. some of my close friends saw but not many other people.

The friends who saw that i didnt have underwear teased me about it relentlessly when we went back to the water.

While showering and changing to regular clothes to go back home, the door of the cubicles didnt reach all the way to the top and some people got their nude photos taken from there (and promptly deleted because the teacher saw it and confiscated the phone and deleted it himself), thankfully I was quick enough since i had no underwear to remove.
