A woman told me how she was stripped by paramedics when she was in middle school she was crossing the street at the high school to go to McDonalds. She tried to run across the street to catch up to her friends but ended up getting hit by a car. Though it may seem that they could have waited until the victim was taken into the ambulance; time is of the essence, and a thorough evaluation must be done before the patient is moved - especially if they are unconscious.

I'd imagine the real risk is videos or photos getting out, not people seeing you naked live
